Custom Pet Portrait

- Choose the size of your print
- Add any notes for our artist to follow (describe markings, collars/clothing, any special preferences like the colour of the background etc.) – Please provide as much information as possible in your drawing notes to help us create the perfect illustration – Any details not specified will be assumed by our artists and any changes to the final illustration which we’re not included in your original drawing notes or order may result in additional charges.
- Upload images (minimum of 2) –The more images of the subject the better. Please also include other references as necessary. If there is not enough room provided for your photos please get in contact to share the rest.
All Custom Pet Portraits are made to your specific order. They are based off the images you provide of your pets and drawn in a stylised fashion unique to the artist. They are drawn digitally using an Ipad and Apple pencil on the drawing app Procreate. Everything is still hand drawn, the artist just uses an undo button opposed to an eraser.
Portraits can take between 3-4 weeks depending on how busy the artist is at the time. What this means is that completion and ETA is largely dependent on how many other orders are underway at the same time along with how many pets are in a single portrait order. If this is a concern, please get in contact before placing your order.

We are shipping through Sendle who do Australia wide shipping with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once the portrait has been shipped. Depending on where you are located it is estimated to take between 2-5 business days with standard shipping. At this stage we are not offering a shipping option to International orders. If you are outside of Australia please select the Digital file option.
Please note, if you are NOT within Australia we can only provide a digital copy of your portrait due to shipping restrictions – no hard copy
